I am a first time pet owner and was nervous at first about getting a puppy. However, after doing extensive research on which breed to get and from where, I knew Premier Pups was the right choice for us. The whole process was easy! We were so excited, we woke up early on the day they posted the pictures and selected the puppy we liked. The purchase was straight forward then after that it was just a matter of waiting and getting the house ready. We received Lily (formerly Carolina) on May 29. During the beginning on the pandemic, the travel coordinators were working hard to ensure we get out puppy without delays or issues. Lily turned out to be a perfect fit for our family. She is so affectionate and stops to say hi to everyone who passes by! She is funny, playful, cute and so curious about everything! She has the cutest underbite too haha! Overall, it was a great experience, and I often go back on the website to see if I fall in love with another puppy to get Lily a playmate. Only improvement I would suggest, is I wish there was more information on the website about the puppies’ personality or physical traits (underbite, hair or other). We love her so much and couldn’t be happier!

Ruby arrived in my home 10/14/2020...What a beauty! This is one of the smartest pups I’ve ever known and has been a dream to train so far. She’s a heartfelt addition to my home. And I look forward to many, many happy years of companionship.... a well known trait of the Havanese breed. The involvement with Premier Pups has been the best. Their follow up and thoroughness of information is unfounded. They really care about their pups. After months of reaching out to shelters for a young, female small breed dog with no luck due to the popularity of adoption during COVID ( a good thing!) I decided to look into Premiere Pups since I wanted to get a dog and have enough time to potty train her before the snow flies. A great choice. You can’t go wrong with Premiere Pups.

We picked up Maci (Gili) on 9/5. We love her so much!! We would recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a new fur baby to add to their family. Our local vet said she is a very healthy puppy & has even gained 3 lbs since we picked her up. We entered Maci in a dog show at our church & she won 1st place in the cutest puppy category....??????

Thank you Premier Pups for a excellent experience. Pippa is my new fur baby. A month back I lost my 10yr old Yorchon, Sebastian. I never could remember a time that he was not with me I miss him dearly and vowed that I would get another dog. They are good for the soul. Pippa is her own little personality. Love her.

My husband and I had lost our ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in June 2018 and were having a tough time moving on. I heard of Premier Pups from a friend and decided to 'just look'. Once we saw Ivy, we knew she was meant for us. The staff were all so helpful and kind through the entire process. They calmed my fears and kept me informed during her flights from Ohio to Virginia. After Ivy joined our family, the staff checked in on us often for weeks just to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer questions. I can't say enough good things about Premier Pups. And I can't imagine life without our Ivy!

We purchased our Lilly in March of 2020. She is the absolute best dog ever. It was so easy to potty train her and I am amazed at how smart she is. She is very social and loves to play with other dogs. Lots of energy so she needs lots of walks and playtime. Loves the swim!!! We had a great experience with premier pups and the travel process. We are even looking at getting a second dog in the future.

Boba is a Morkie born in July. She was sent safely to us landing in San Francisco, CA with all the supplies needed including a crate, food, documents and preventative medications. Puppy pickup was convenient and secure so if you live in California, you will be happy knowing your puppy will have safe travels! Boba Is very, very energetic and loves to cuddle and human affection. She loves everyone from our family, especially children and spends lots of time playing with her toys. Choosing a Morkie was perfect as they are very clean, truly hypoallergenic and easy to maintain. Highly recommended from a happy family!

Stella has to fly all the way from Ohio to her new home here in Arizona. Premier Pups sent a care package with everything she needed! We love her, and couldn’t be happier with our newest family member ??

After lots of research we decided to get our Maltipoo pup, Yuki (formally Kashmere) from Premier Pups in Oct 2019. Great service and care! This is our first puppy and they provided a lot of info and support for our pup. Yuki flew from OH to us in MN and did amazing when we picked her up at Delta cargo. Delta called us when she was ready to be picked up. She was just under 2 lbs. did well on the flight. She is so playful, sweet, loving and gentle. She ate her kibbles right away when she arrived at home. We trained her on the potty pad in 2 days and did well during crate training. No crying only woke us up to potty and sometimes play for a little bit lol. Never pee or poop in her crate. We continued with royal canine food as recommended by Premier and Yuki has not had any GI issues. Poops solid since day one! I did a DNA test for fun and health and Yuki is 100% Maltipoo! I’ve seen so many people being told they were sold a Maltipoo but ends up being a mixed pup only. Yuki turned 1 year old in August 2020 and is healthy, so calm and sweet. She does well with my rough, naughty 7 year old daughter! Yuki has no separation anxiety. We socialize/exposed to lots of noises as soon as we got her per the info/sites recommended by Premier. Yuki only started barking at our door when she was 8 months but we trained her right away not to. She still tries sometimes but knows it’s a no no. She thinks she a big dog hehe. Yuki does well on walks. No barks at all even when other dogs are barking at her from across the street she just looks at them and then moves on. She loves people and other dogs of all sizes. We took her to our neighborhood park (pre COVID) and about 8-9 kids swarmed around her taking turns holding and playing/petting her. Yuki was in heaven. She just loves playing so much! Yuki is very heathy. So far only sick vet visit is for 1 ear infection due to water in her ears. She is fully grown now at 5 lbs and 4 oz. right on per Premier’s estimate (5-7lbs). How big was important to our family because of our lifestyle. She’s so perfect and such an amazing dog! This has to do with great breeders! Thanks Premier Pups!
