Experience was absolutely fantastic, would 100% recommend premier pups. They communicated amazingly with us after we brought our pup home, checked in on us multiple times and made sure we had the best experience.

I always refer to Bingo as my catalog dog because I was unable to travel to Ohio to pick him up. But the staff worked with me to hold Bingo up and show him from all angles. I had searched many sites & services looking for my Yorkie. What convinced me to go to Premier Pups was a YouTube video posted by a 12 year-old girl talking about her experience picking out her dog. And she was so right. When Premier Pups had Bingo flown to Boston, he was safely crated with a little food & water, & even snuggly toys. What was really amazing was the various supplements attached to the crate & detailed instructions for a two week transition to his new home. I’ve had many dogs of many breeds, from beagles to boxers to Yorkies. I can honestly say that I have never had a better or smarter dog than my Bingo. I was very fortunate to receive him just before the pandemic & he got me through it.

Beau (tricolor cavapoo) is my sweet, sweet boy who is adored by us all. He is an absolute gentle soul and an amazing dog. At his first vet appointment with my vet of 15 years he remarked on how calm, well socialized and special Beau was. I have always had dogs and I can say Beau is magical and a special soul and a gift. All of us and his canine siblings adore Beau. HE is beautiful inside and out. Special thanks to Dan, Ryan, Jakob and Roger and all @ Premier Pups. A suoerb company and team!

Ricky Bobby has been the best addition to our family. My parents have an Aussiechon as well and both pups are just amazing. They are great companions, easily trainable, and smart. I wish I could have 10 more!

Jacob was wonderful. Very helpful throughout the entire process. Magic is now over 3 years old. We previously submitted a photo of him. Thought we would update. We are older folks and Magic is a joy and very special to us.

My husband and I have had 3 exceptional experiences with Premier Pups. Our first experience with them was in February 2024 when we purchased our first fur baby (ION). Boo-Boo who was a very happy and playful pup who loved to snuggle and loved everybody he met. Unfortunately, we lost Boo-Boo in an auto accident at the end of March 2024. After Boo-Boo's passing I contacted Premier Pups and spoke with a wonderful manager there about what happened to him, and that I wanted to purchase another fur baby, he was willing to give us 50% off our next fur baby. So, at the end of June 2024 we purchased (Bean). Kodi is a very loving puppy who is very attentive, loves to play, snuggle and loves everybody he meets, and he's become my ESA dog, and we can't even imagine our lives without him. My husband and I tell everyone that asks us about what breed he is and where we purchased him from, to contact Premier Pups for an exceptional selection of puppies and great customer service.
