We were so blessed to get a pup from premier pups. The process was so smooth and agents were really easy and convenient to reach if you had any questions. We love that their main focus was to make sure the pups were priority and they did everything to insure Lennox got here safe and healthy. Premier pups goes the extra mile to make sure your pup is in perfect health by providing you with food, and meds you may need. It was an awesome experience working with them and would highly recommend them anyone who is looking for a furbaby.

We had the absolute best experience with Premier Pups. The whole process from finding a puppy to getting him home was so smooth and the entire time the staff made sure to let us know of any and all updates. They even checked up on us during the first week or so to make sure puppy is transitioning well and doing good. Food and any necessary possible meds needed for pup were all included with our package which was awesome for us as first time dog-owners who were clueless. Our pup just turned 1 and he is the coolest, sweetest pup around. We are beyond happy to have Cheerio be part of our family!

We first decided to check out Premier Pups’ website after a positive review from a family member.  We found Ace (formerly Sinatra) and fell in love instantly!  The website was very easy to use, and the staff was very friendly.  The staff was quick to respond to all our questions.  Ace arrived in Virginia quickly, safely, and on time.  Even after his arrival, Premier Pups’ staff checked up on us and continued to answer our questions.  Ace is a very loving dog who loves to walk, play, and nap with his family.  We can't imagine our home without our furry pal!  If we get a second dog, I would 100% look to Premier Pups!     

It was a super easy & smooth experience. I loved how premier pups followed up on my puppy and how they were able to help me, a new pet parent every step of the way with getting my puppy acclimated to a new environment. I wish I would have been advised to travel him with a human instead of shipping I didn’t realize he could have developed trauma. I’m still trying to get him comfortable with car rides. I’m not sure if it has any relation, but Just a thought. Marley is a super happy hyper puppy and very very smart ! I would definitely purchase from premiere pups again!

We had a great experience with premier pups. Koby arrived as expected, easy to pick up from the airport, and came with all the food and medicine he needed for the first few weeks. He just celebrated his first birthday and we have had no health issues so far. Best addition to our family.
