What a wonderful experience with Premier Pups from the time I bought her till when she arrived. She was well taken care of and follow up was great. Izzy is healthy and my vet said she is growing well. If purchasing a puppy this is the best place to get one. Caring people and will answer your concerns. Air travel was awesome and love at first sight. Izzy is surely a Precious Pup.

Our experience could not have been better. From the time we picked up Evie at the airport everything has been seamless. Premier Pups made it a point to follow up with us regarding Evie’s health and behavior. This is an extremely well behaved dog and she is very smart. She potty trained almost right away and sleeps through the night consistently. Little EV has brought nothing but joy to our home and we can highly recommend premiere pups. We have heard lots of stories about people not being satisfied with their puppies having behavioral issues as well as health issues, and this has not been the case with Evie. Obviously premiere pups is breeding these dogs properly and it shows.

My experience was great. I really appreciated having the support when I first brought her home. I was super nervous because Sasha was not initially eating like as much as she needed to - being able to call and ask questions was super helpful. The instructions were very detailed and made buying a new puppy less stressful. I was initially nervous about buying a puppy I hadn’t ever met before but after going through the process I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Premier Pups was nothing but exceptional in the whole experience of buying my first dog. From choosing the dog and the help that the team gave me to bring her home, The support was really amazing. The dog itself is perfection she weighed exactly what we thought she would weigh at her full weight and she has the most amazing beautiful temperament ever. Premier Pups team and owner really worked with me to ensure that this is going to be a fit for my family and we cannot imagine our lives without our little girl.

Our experience overall was great with Premier Pups. They answered any questions we had and they shipped her to us in PA and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them for a puppy.

We had a great experience with Premier Pups. The people were very friendly and helpful. Kenzie was clean and happy when we picked her up. I love that we had the opportunity to have the microchip put in before we got her. We were given several things we may need the first few days. The information given was extremely helpful and thorough, compared to some friends that picked up their dog in a dirty barn and were only given a cardboard box. We love that someone called to check on us and her that first week. The only part of the process that was frustrating was not being able to meet the puppies. They sell so quickly that you have to pick one really early in ensure they are not all sold by the time they can go home at 8 weeks. Otherwise, we couldn’t be happier with our darling Havapoo, Kenzie.

I was so nervous about doing everything online but Premier Pups communicated with me every step of the way, they answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. The delivery process was easy and they handed us a beautiful, happy, health little puppy. We were so happy to add her to our family. She arrived happy and healthy.

Premier Pups was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent and customer service is too notch. I know adopting a dog through the Internet can seem a little scary or sketchy, but I assure you Premier Pups is legit and it was a smooth and easy process and experience. I especially love that they reached out in my pup’s first birthday to wish her a happy one! Very personal and thoughtful!
