The entire experience has been nothing but wonderful! Dolly is the best addition to our family and I couldn’t imagine life without her.

Communication leading up to getting Jemma was great and follow-up calls after getting Jemma were very helpful. The entire adoption experience was great, as there was a lot of information on the various breeds. We based our breed choice on personality traits and size at maturity. Jemma is as friendly, smart and lovable as we expected and she’s the perfect size for us so she travels with us.

Premier Pups was an excellent experience. They answered all my questions and was extremely attentive. I drove from Michigan and when I arrived everything went very smoothly and they checked on us for a few days once we returned. I have definitely recommended them to other people. Kali is my first pet and Premier Pups made it a great experience overall. Highly recommended

Premier Pups was great to work with! They kept us well informed, the pickup process was well organized and they checked in on how she was adjusting many times!

Our experience with Premier Pups has been excellent. Apprehension at first, getting a pup in another state, having the pup flown to us. Very scary! We were very concerned when she arrived, thinking she would be lethargic and how she would rebound from the flight. Our concerns were quickly dismissed when we took her out of the crate. The tail started moving and hasn't stopped since.

It was great! The process was seamless and efficient. We love our new addition.

We had a wonderful experience. Our new puppy arrived healthy & very well taken care of. Premier pups provided us with all the guidance & tools we needed to welcome our Lola into our home. She is a smart, sweet, happy and affectionate dog. We could not love her more!

Bowie has been an absolute light in our lives. We were somewhat nervous about purchasing a pup online, but the customer service at Premier Pups was incredible and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We even went out to visit their farm/headquarters in Ohio to pick up Bowie and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Would definitely recommend. Bowie has never had any medical issues (knock on wood) and is living a happy healthy life.

Our experience could not have been better. From the time we picked up Evie at the airport everything has been seamless. Premier Pups made it a point to follow up with us regarding Evie’s health and behavior. This is an extremely well behaved dog and she is very smart. She potty trained almost right away and sleeps through the night consistently. Little EV has brought nothing but joy to our home and we can highly recommend premiere pups. We have heard lots of stories about people not being satisfied with their puppies having behavioral issues as well as health issues, and this has not been the case with Evie. Obviously premiere pups is breeding these dogs properly and it shows.

My experience was great. I really appreciated having the support when I first brought her home. I was super nervous because Sasha was not initially eating like as much as she needed to - being able to call and ask questions was super helpful. The instructions were very detailed and made buying a new puppy less stressful. I was initially nervous about buying a puppy I hadn’t ever met before but after going through the process I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Premier Pups was nothing but exceptional in the whole experience of buying my first dog. From choosing the dog and the help that the team gave me to bring her home, The support was really amazing. The dog itself is perfection she weighed exactly what we thought she would weigh at her full weight and she has the most amazing beautiful temperament ever. Premier Pups team and owner really worked with me to ensure that this is going to be a fit for my family and we cannot imagine our lives without our little girl.
