Great experience with Premier Pups. Was kept informed from the minute of purchase through delivery. After delivery they continued to ask how Lainee was doing. And on her year birthday they checked in again. Very professional and friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend.

She was delivered to me close to my home with meds and food. She adjusted quickly to our schedule and any concerns or questions I had were addressed quickly and accurately.

Premier Pups was exceptional and definitely exceeded our expectations. They have real people there who are happy to help with any questions or concerns. There is no script and no standardized answers. They genuinely care for every pup they work with. On a Sunday night, when Athena was 9 months old and throwing up, I was very concerned and didn’t know what to do since the vet was closed. I called Premier Pups and went through immediately to an on-call vet who talked me through exactly what to do to help her feel better. Knowing someone was there when I was scared, even beyond when I adopted Athena, was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Premier Pups.

Premier Pups was exceptional. They checked in to see if we had questions and to see how the puppies were getting acclimated. They were available 24/7 when we had questions and were always happy to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet.

We’ve had Dolce since 10/08/21 She is a 2 year old F1B Cavapoo. Premier Pups flew my sweet girl to San Francisco and I picked her up at the airport and it was the best day of my life ! Dolce has been a great addition to our family... She is my shadow, doesn't like to be left alone but that works for our household. She’s the sweetest, cutest and a very lovable dog. We can’t imagine our lives without her! Thank You Premier Pups, this place made it very easy for me and my family. From finding the right Dog to answering all of our questions, they even checked up on us during the first week or so to make sure puppy is transitioning well and doing good! I cannot recommend Premier Pups highly enough. From the moment I contacted them in search of a new family member to even now, a year later, they have made themselves continuously available and supportive. As a veteran dog owner, I had few questions for them, but what I had they responded to immediately. These folks genuinely care about the animals and families they interact with. Easy, fast, no hassle, no worries. If you are a novice dog owner, or are taking on a new breed you’re less familiar with, I particularly recommend dealing with Premier Pups for everything: from selection, to initial health reports, to transportation, to delivery, and beyond. They are pros.

We live all the way out in California. When we found the PP website, your strong selection and obvious quality of new puppies was clear. We of course were skeptical. I can say unequivocally to anybody considering doing business with PP, don’t hesitate. Their communication and follow up is unbelievable. Their professional processes and communication is second to none. They were in regular contact with us. They were responsive in answering our questions. Their online interaction with their veterinarian team to help ensure Roxy was taken care properly when we received our baby was fantastic. We decided to have Roxy flown out. Their pricing was more than fair and their tracking and communication was great. My skepticism was put at ease at every turn. Again, do not hesitate to put your faith in Premier Pups hands. They won’t let you down.
