Our experience was exceptional! I feel so lucky that we found Premier Pups. I was hesitant but after hearing feedback from several friends who got their dog from Premier I was on board. They answered all of my questions, was very honest about a small condition Ruby was born with and was so sweet the day we picked her up! Ruby is a dream come true. She is a healthy, active dog that is so chill, smart, cuddly and beautiful to boot!

My experience could not have been any better. Lily arrived to me in Arizona 2 days after she was first available. To my surprise she showed no apprehension to people and immediately began excitedly wagging her tail when in my arms. Her lack of fear continued when she was introduced to the rest of her forever daily a couple hours later. The Premier Pups transition process is phenomenal. Lily arrived very happy and healthy. She was already accustomed to hard food and quickly transitioned to a hard food diet. She showed signs of very positive socialization and seemed to have already begun potty training before her arrival.

We have a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. Everything was communicated very clearly, and our pups are happy and healthy.

It’ was a great experience from start to finish. I picked her up on a rainy October afternoon 1.5 hours away. The van kept us apprised of traffic due to weather. She was scared but slept in my lap all the way home. We took her to vet on Monday and she checked out fine. I would definitely recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a new family member.

Hadley is our fourth four-legged baby and Premier pups has given exceptional customer service through the adoption process and now with the one year follow up. This is a level of customer service we've not experienced prior. They truly care about the transition of the puppy. Well done!
