We are so happy with our little guy, he is incredibly lovable! The process from start to finish was smooth and we were given everything we needed to make sure he thrived. He was very small when we got him and Premier Pups checked on us almost every other day for the first couple of weeks, we so appreciated that. We will definitely use them ago if we get anymore pups!

They provided information and all supplies/medications necessary for the adoption. We chose to have them transport him closer to us for pickup, which went very smoothly. We had a great experience with Premier Pups, from the beginning to the end. They were very communicative and made us feel comfortable with the entire process including the shipment of our pup from Ohio to Los Angeles. After we picked up our pup they were very helpful with the transition, guiding us as we needed assistance. They also checked on Canelo every couple of days which is a part of their process! I would definitely recommend Premier Pups and have actually referred others to them!

I cannot recommend Premier Pups enough. Although we traveled from NC to get our puppy, it was definitely worth it. The care they give before during and after the adoption is top notch.

Our experience getting him from Premier Pups was amazing ! We got updates and even when the driver was in a lot of traffic he let us know where he was and what his new ETA was. Premier Pups has an excellent business model that is value-added through its convenience of buying on-line, responsive customer service, large selection, and delivery options. After a Wisdom Panel DNA check, I learned that my puppy was free of genetic defects and was exactly as advertised (half Poodle and half Bichon). Scooby was in great health when I picked him up near Columbus Ohio, was happy, and has been a wonderful addition to the family. I highly recommend Premier Pups!

We cannot express how happy we have been with Premier Pups. After losing our rottie boy suddenly, a hole was felt in our home and we were hesitant to fill it. But it became apparent very quickly our older jack russell was not handling the loneliness well. We spent weeks trying to find the right fit for our family, and fell in love with Isaac from the moment we saw him. Premier Pups was wonderful from the start, and so patient with us as we asked a plethora of questions. And even when Isaac was home, they were kind and responsive, and made sure we were all settling in fine. Isaac is a year old now, and he has captured the hearts of everyone who has met him with his playful but gentle disposition. He has even helped bring back a bit of the puppy spark to our 10 yo jack. We couldn't imagine life without him!

Premier Pups was super great through the whole purchase process and they even checked up on my pup on his 1st birthday! My pup Mio has been the greatest addition to our family and we love him dearly. Premier pups experience was great for us! The ease with which the whole process took place was perfect. Even after we got our puppy, the premier pup team followed up extensively to make sure the puppy was doing alright. We were even guided by Dr Rybka, personally, when we faced a scare with our new pup. Our puppy has adjusted well in our home and he is our world now!
