Premier Pups was exceptional. They checked in to see if we had questions and to see how the puppies were getting acclimated. They were available 24/7 when we had questions and were always happy to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet.

We had a top notch experience with Premier Pups. We were nervous, but everything about the travel and pick up day was so smooth! Follow-ups were excellent and helpful, and we felt very supported with our new puppy. Highly recommend buying a fur-baby through Premier Pups!

We’ve had Dolce since 10/08/21 She is a 2 year old F1B Cavapoo. Premier Pups flew my sweet girl to San Francisco and I picked her up at the airport and it was the best day of my life ! Dolce has been a great addition to our family... She is my shadow, doesn't like to be left alone but that works for our household. She’s the sweetest, cutest and a very lovable dog. We can’t imagine our lives without her! Thank You Premier Pups, this place made it very easy for me and my family. From finding the right Dog to answering all of our questions, they even checked up on us during the first week or so to make sure puppy is transitioning well and doing good! I cannot recommend Premier Pups highly enough. From the moment I contacted them in search of a new family member to even now, a year later, they have made themselves continuously available and supportive. As a veteran dog owner, I had few questions for them, but what I had they responded to immediately. These folks genuinely care about the animals and families they interact with. Easy, fast, no hassle, no worries. If you are a novice dog owner, or are taking on a new breed you’re less familiar with, I particularly recommend dealing with Premier Pups for everything: from selection, to initial health reports, to transportation, to delivery, and beyond. They are pros.

We live all the way out in California. When we found the PP website, your strong selection and obvious quality of new puppies was clear. We of course were skeptical. I can say unequivocally to anybody considering doing business with PP, don’t hesitate. Their communication and follow up is unbelievable. Their professional processes and communication is second to none. They were in regular contact with us. They were responsive in answering our questions. Their online interaction with their veterinarian team to help ensure Roxy was taken care properly when we received our baby was fantastic. We decided to have Roxy flown out. Their pricing was more than fair and their tracking and communication was great. My skepticism was put at ease at every turn. Again, do not hesitate to put your faith in Premier Pups hands. They won’t let you down.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. This was our first dog so a lot was riding on getting out the gate on a positive note. We loved the professional and attentive communication given to the entire process. We live in Texas and were leery of purchasing online and long distance but we couldn’t have asked for an easier process. So, for anyone looking to welcome a furry friend, we would definitely recommend using Premier Pups.

Premier Pups was amazing to work with! They sent me all her information over quickly including updated photos and videos. Spent time on the phone with me going over everything about their organization and how it worked. I was able to text and email them while we waited on her pick up date. When we got to the date of pick up they were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for her, answered all our questions, allowed us time to play with her and have her get to know us. Their take home information was easy to understand and our vet was impressed with what they sent home as far as medicines, paperwork, and information.

We highly recommend Premierpups the process was simple and easy. They answered all our questions and even did follow ups after our pup was home. They do care and it shows.

Mila is our second dog from Premier Pups. Both dogs are perfect, yet so different. Our experience both times was excellent. From the unplanned and impromptu selection of Mila to today, it has been great. No issues. Well, maybe one. She would rather use the pee pad than outdoors 🐶. Mila even resembles the dog emoji.
