Every step of the way premer pups was there for me and Charlie I had no issue or problems for the time I got him to his first birthday everything's been great their customer service was wonderful and I'm looking forward to getting Charlie a sister from PREMIER PUPS

Working with Premier Pups was smooth and easy. I appreciated how quickly they responded to my inquiries. We started the process over a holiday weekend and that did not slow them down one bit. I was super impressed with all the information that is provided through the website. There were no surprises as we moved through the adoption process. We chose the airport nanny for the delivery. Scheduling and meeting at the airport were super easy. The team at Premier Pups checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well once we got the pup home. Biscuit has been an amazing addition to our family. He is a super healthy and happy pup. Never met a person or pet that he doesn't love. We would highly recommend Premier Pups.

Premierpups did a great job being in contact with us until we got George. They continued to check in on him for a couple of weeks once we brought him home. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

Premier Pups was an absolute 10 out of 10 experience every step of the way. I got these 2 poo-chon puppies at 8 weeks to ease the transition as my beloved 14-½-year-old poo-chon was about to cross Rainbow Bridge. Premier Pups was SO professional and provided SO much great information about the care and feeding of these two new fur babies. I had to fly them from Ohio to Southern California and the Premier Pups staff checked in by text and phone call to ensure their safe arrival and checked on them even after they were here. It warms my heart that a company is so dedicated to the well-being of the animals they sell! I even contacted them to inquire about the maker of the harnesses they sent home with my dogs and they actually sent me 2 new harnesses one size up with puppy toys at no charge -- I didn't even ask but it was so helpful as the ones on Amazon were too big! I would recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a fur-baby addition to their home!

My experience has been great with Premier Pups. I found my dream pup from them and I couldn’t be happier with them. From the constant communication before receiving Levi, easy delivery, constant check ups after receiving him, and a follow up on his birthday, everything has reassured me that I made the right choice! Their beautiful and wide range of breeds as well as perfect experience will have me returning for more pups in the future!

Trev is not quite a year old. He was born on July 1 so his birthday is coming soon. He is the sweetest puppy and I would never trade him for the world. He is the first puppy I have owned and I am so grateful for him. He is very in tuned with mommy’s feelings and is always by my side! Thank you Premier Pups!

We were skeptical at first, but we trusted the reviews and ended up with the sweetest, most loving pup we could have asked for! He arrived very healthy, the pickup process was super simple, and he has an amazing temperament! We love our koda boy so much and can’t recommend PremierPups enough!
