We were looking to get a dog to teach our 20 yr old responsibility and to have a companion. We haven’t had a dog since she was little and at that time we wasn’t home enough and had to get rid of the dog. As we were looking for the perfect puppy for her we came across premier pups website and saw Gomez and our whole family fell in love with his pictures. After researching his breed we thought he was perfect for our family. Sebastian (Gomez) has been joyful to anyone who comes into contact with him and always puts a smile on their face. He is extremely smart, fast learning, and loves to dance on his back feet. We purchased him March this year and we have premier pups to thank! Was such an easy process and one we will never regret! We are already discussing purchasing another one from them and can’t wait to have another perfect addition to our family.

I can even describe in word how happy I am to have found Premier Pups. I searched and searched for months before decided on adapting a puppy. Not only did they answer every text, call and email, but after I adopted my Oshi, I was provided with the care and support on how to care for my new fur baby. My Oshi got a complete bill of good health by his vet and they love him just as much as I do. If your thinking about adapting, go for it! You will not be disappointed.

Jasper (formerly Alexander) was flown to us here in Tampa a week ago and it’s been so easy And a great adjustment for him and us. He is so sweet and adorable. We just love him. Premier made the whole process so easy from the time of purchase until their final day 7 check in. He is playful and happy and thriving. He will be spending part of the year on Florida and part of the year I Canada so he will be a well travelled boy.

Westley joined our family last December. Westley (then Louie) arrived on a private plane with Santa and Santa's Elves. It was the cutest thing ever. Premier Pups followed up with us frequently during Westley’s first few days with us and were always quick to answer any of our questions. He’s a very healthy, happy pup. He loves to just sit on our laps and is a good, gentle boy with my 6 year old son who isn’t always ready to play. Premier Pups was really easy to deal with. Their communication and follow up is excellent through the entire process. Westley will be 1 tomorrow and we couldn’t be happier overall.

Rocky joined our family a little over a year ago. He was just the infusion of joy and hope that our pandemic-weary family needed! Rocky is the sweetest dog ever. He's smart, loving, and mischievous in that way that all terrier owners understand. Rocky has brought so much laughter and happiness to our family that it’s hard to imagine our family without him. Thank you Premier Pups for sending us such a wonderful, healthy, happy puppy. We love Rocky dearly!

We decide to add Brutus to our family during quarantine. We were incredibly impressed with the level of communication we received from the very beginning. We were sent home with a detailed set of directions of what Brutus would need at such a young age. Premiere pups checked in with us to see how the little pup was adjusting and was excellent at answering all of our questions. We had such an enjoyable experience we are now looking to possibly add a little friend for Brutus to play with.

Gus (Vance) is doing great!; he's almost on all dry food after only 3 days; he’s very active and runs outside with his ‘big brother’ Loki; our 25# frenchbo, and jumps up on him and bugs him until Loki jumps up on a couch in his one couch bed so Gus can’t get him. :-). Gus is very curious and loves to play with the squeaker squirrel we got him, plus a couple of the balls. He’s really gotten the hang of potty training too; doing very well. Premier Pups is the greatest adoption center!, all the information we need to make a successful transition with our pup and contact by phone easy!

The adoption process with Premier Pups couldn't have been better! I adopted Birkin (previously known as McLovin) and received him on September 26th. Premier Pups guided us throughout the journey and even followed up with phone calls to check up on us and see how we’re doing. It was a great experience. Premier Pups went above and beyond, especially with guiding us on how to properly care for our new teacup pup. Birkin has brought so much happiness into mine and my family’s lives. I can’t wait for all the new memories we’ll make. Whenever I take Birkin out, people always stop to take pictures or ask where I got him from. To be honest I am not sure how we came across Premier Pups, but it was the best thing that ever happened to us. Upon seeing Beau's (formally Leo) little face we knew he was the one for our family. After witnessing a family member have a bad experience elsewhere, we were extremely skeptical about adopting a puppy (one that we had never met) online. Throughout the entire process, pre - during - and post adoption, the staff at Premier Pups truly gave us the premier experience. My favorite part was their eagerness and grace in answering all of our calls and texts. Requesting photos, videos and updates was easy and there was always a quick turn-around. Post adoption we were shocked at how amazing they were as well. It was very clear to us that this was not just a transaction to them. Becoming a parent is hard, but Premier Pups made this so easy and allowed us to just focus on giving Beau as much love and care as we possibly can. As far as Beau goes, he is great. He has adapated quickly to his new home and we know that it is due to Premier Pups expertise and care. John, Lacey, Roger and EVERYONE at Preimer Pups - thank you. We are excited to have many referred Preimer Pups friends for Beau in the near future.

We got crimson, formerly known as Lance when we adopted him from Premiere pups in November of 2016. We had him flown from Ohio to Kansas and he did great in the flight. He is an amazing dog as you can see with my newborn daughter. We were a little nervous only because he has so much energy at times and likes to be in the middle of everything but he is super sweet with her and very protective. He is a playful, gentle, well trained dog. We have NO health issues, problems or complaints from this company. I will be getting more from them in the future. Making things transition smoothly from one state to another and answering ALL of our questions back then made our decision so easy. Thank you Premiere Pups for being honest, kind and loyal. You put the dogs first and that is AMAZING!!!! Crimson has been the best addition. 6 years down and many more to go with him!!!!

We got Rufus (formerly Jeff) in May 2020. It was love at first sight, Premier Pups helped us through the first few weeks by answering questions and having a what to know guide. Rufus is the sweet puppy in the world and was just the Groom Dog in our wedding. He’s great with kids, cats and dogs. We cannot imagine life without him!

We love Timo so much. Our experience with Premier Pups has been amazing, they truly care about helping you make a smooth transition for your pup. Their customer service is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

I got my puppy in July 2021. Was skeptical about buying online and not having met him in real life. In the end, it was the best decision I made! He’s so smart, fun and loving. And he’s beautiful and healthy! Although pricey, I would absolutely buy again from premier pups.

Well snowball formally Echo what to let y’all know he is living his best life. He will be one year old on the third. He is loving traveling with his human parents. He is in Capitol Reef National Park Utah in his picture. We are so happy to have gotten him from premier pups. Thanks.
